WHY THIS MATTERS

Price is no longer the greatest risk when procuring fill sand

Since Vietnam's 2024 Law on Geology and Minerals took effect, the greatest risk for contractors procuring fill sand has been the ability to substantiate the material's lawful origin during a regulatory inspection.

Article 88 imposes strict requirements on trading riverbed sand and gravel: registering wharves and stockpile locations, installing voyage-monitoring equipment connected to provincial regulators, and contracting only with duly qualified vessel owners.

During a regulatory site inspection, the most difficult question is: Which licensed source did this sand at the site come from, on which vehicle or vessel, and on what date?

Most sand supply chains cannot answer this because procurement and sales records lack a verifiable link. Our entire operating process is designed to eliminate that risk for customers.

Delivery-site photographs are captured with an authentication application that records time, location, and a unique image code, then retained with the acceptance record for the corresponding shipment.

OUR DELIVERABLES

Four deliverables supplied with the material

Shipment documentation

Every consignment includes origin documentation: the source's mineral-extraction licence, source warehouse-release note, VAT invoice, vehicle or vessel registration, and quantity-acceptance record.

Transparent quantity verification

Each shipment is measured in the presence of both parties and documented in a signed acceptance record, supported by timestamped and geolocated site photographs. Estimated acceptance is not used.

Waterway and road delivery

Alongside delivery by inland-waterway vessel at the project wharf, or road delivery directly to site, depending on each project's receiving conditions.

Support during regulatory reviews

Our contracts require us to provide supporting documents and assist with substantiation whenever requested by the customer or a state authority, including after contract close-out.

VERIFIED CAPABILITIES

Verified deliveries in 2026

Figures are extracted from internal delivery logs and can be reconciled to the quantity-acceptance record signed by both parties for every shipment.
