Our core products are fill materials for infrastructure works. We also operate an industrial sand-drying facility supplying manufacturing plants.
GROUP A — CORE PRODUCTS
Fill sand and earth fill
For road embankments, industrial-estate site formation, urban developments, and infrastructure works. Materials are sourced from operators holding valid mineral-extraction licences and delivered with a complete set of origin documents.

- Waterway: draft and cargo-hold capacity survey before and after discharge. Road: physical measurement of truck-body dimensions using one agreed scale, confirmed by both parties' representatives

GROUP B — IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION
Industrial dried sand
The company operates a sand-drying facility at Quynh Giao Industrial Cluster, Minh Tho Commune, Hung Yen Province. It supplies dried sand to tile-adhesive and waterproof-coating manufacturers whose processes require consistent moisture content and particle-size distribution between batches.

Product characteristics
Sand is processed through an industrial dryer to achieve a low, consistent moisture content, then screened by particle size. The product is supplied in three grades and packed in 25 kg or 50 kg bags to customer requirements.
Production organisation
The facility operates morning and afternoon shifts under one plant supervisor and a direct production workforce, in accordance with the company's operating procedures and occupational-safety rules.

Other construction materials
Leveraging its established supply network and logistics capacity, the company also supplies other construction materials within its registered business scope to project-specific requirements.
